The remaining 10 records, including mortgage discharges on Greylock Circle and David Drive, a transfer to the town of Peru, family transfers on East Main Street/Road, a probate petition on Brookside Road and an easement agreement, listed no sale price. David Drive saw the most activity, with three separate recorded transactions. With pricing data limited to a single sale, the period offers little basis for broader conclusions about market conditions.
