Only One of Eleven Peru Property Sales Discloses a Price This Month
Peru recorded 11 property transactions between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one disclosed a sale price: 13 Haskell Road, which sold for $980,000 to James and Twila Weaver. The remaining 10 records, including mortgage discharges on Greylock Circle and David Drive, a transfer to the town of Peru, family transfers on East Main Street/Road, a probate petition on Brookside Road and an easement agreement, listed no sale price. David Drive saw the most activity, with three separate recorded transactions. With pricing data limited to a single sale, the period offers little basis for broader conclusions about market conditions.
