Peru Deed Records Show Ten Transactions, No Sale Prices Disclosed

The batch included five mortgage discharges or assignments, four deeds, and one family court petition. The month's most notable transaction was the Aug. 17 transfer of 4 David Drive from John T. Lewis Jr. to the town of Peru, price not disclosed. Four addresses, including 51 Middlefield Road, 2 Greylock Circle, 61 East Main Street/Road and 4 David Drive, each had two related documents recorded within days of each other.
