Peru recorded seven property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, the Sept. 21 sale of 222 East Windsor Rd for $10,000, had a sale price posted to the registry by this report's compilation. The other six, on East Windsor, Curtin, Middlefield and Lafayette, are still awaiting price data, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Three streets, East Windsor Road, Curtin Road and Middlefield Road, each saw two transfers. Several deeds appear to move property within the same family or into a trust, and one, at 68 Curtin Rd, transferred to the Town of Peru. With price data limited to one sale, the period's market direction cannot yet be assessed.
