Evan Gosselin, has a price on file so far. The other two, a Middlefield Road transfer adding a co-owner within the same family and a Curtin Road transfer from a private seller to the town of Peru, have not yet had prices recorded. With pricing available for only one of three transfers, the period's market tone cannot yet be fully assessed.
