Peru sees one disclosed sale as most August activity is bank and family transfers
Eight deed transactions recorded in Peru between July 17 and August 15, but only one disclosed a sale price: $980,000 for 13 Haskell Rd, sold by Brian Kopinto, trustee, and the Haskell Road Land Trust to James and Twila Weaver on July 29. The other seven transactions were largely non-market filings, including a mortgage discharge and a mortgage transfer on David Drive, a family court petition on Brookside Road, an easement agreement, and an estate transfer of 8 Kreutzer Rd to the town of Peru. With pricing disclosed on only one of eight transactions, the data does not support a broader read on market pricing trends this period.
