Peru recorded 10 property deed transactions in October, but sale prices were available for only three as of this report. Among those three, prices ranged from $65,000 to $150,000, with a median of $100,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 23 Hickingbotham Road, which sold for $150,000 to NBT Bank NA. Seven other transfers, including filings on East Windsor Road, Curtin Road and Greylock Circle, had no recorded price yet; several involved banks, credit unions or family trusts rather than conventional sales. With most prices still pending, the data offer limited insight into October's overall market tone.
